LETTER FROM THE EDITOR:

MISPR!NT LAUNCH

Misprint sparked after one of those sessions where everyone’s swapping stories that’ll never hit a glossy mag but deserve way more than a disappearing post. I kept thinking - where’s the spot for the raw, local, unfiltered stuff that’s actually ours?

If it exists, I couldn’t find it. Ontario’s stacked with killer content, but it’s scattered. You’ve gotta dig through buried posts and random hashtags just to keep a finger on the pulse. So Misprint was born to pull it all together.

This ’zine’s for the ones shooting on beat‑up cameras, stacking clips in parking lots, chasing lines, or bombing trails till the wheels fall off. It’s for the homies documenting chaos and the people telling the truth about their scene - good, bad, or beautifully wrecked. If it’s from Ontario and it’s got heart, it belongs here.

What’s in it for me?

Meeting the crews, shops, and brands who keep the flame lit when the weather sucks and the hype fades. The closer to home the story hits, the harder it pushes me to get out and make my own.

What’s in it for you?

A home for your story - told your way.

No gatekeeping. No polishing the edges off. No pretending we’re something we’re not.

Mispr!nt is powered by three scenes:

all driven by the community.

SKATE

Skate is where chaos turns into craft—raw clips, rough pavement, and the DIY grind that never quits. It’s eating concrete, bleeding for progress, and getting back up for no one but yourself. Built from busted spots and stubborn determination, Ontario’s scene stays loud, real, and unfiltered.

SNOW

Snow is where frostbite meets freedom—icy rails, sketchy landings, and the stubborn drive to ride when everyone else stays inside. It’s about chasing lines, stacking clips, and eating it till you stick it. Ontario’s riders keep it raw, cooler than cool—ice cold.

BIKE

Bike is motion carved from dirt and pavement—DIY lines, backyard trails, and the pedals that never quit. It’s about shaping what you ride and riding what you shape. No rules, no boundaries—just Ontario’s scene pushing flow through sweat, dirt, and stubborn will.

This isn’t meant to be perfect - it’s meant to be real.

A little rough. A little loud. A little wrong on purpose.

My hope? That Misprint becomes Ontario’s ’zine, the place where our scenes, our stories, and our people get the shine they deserve.

So welcome.

Submit something. Tell your friends. Call me out if I blow it.

This is a community project, and it only works if everyone throws in.

Let’s go!
